CIC Construction is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support business development efforts by coordinating and producing a high-quality, compliant proposals and qualifications in a fast-paced AEC environment. This individual contributor role works closely with proposals, marketing, and technical teams to support multiple pursuits from kickoff through submission.

Los Angelas, CA;
Toledo, OH;
Philadelphia, PA;
Chicago, IL;
Greer, SC; or Houston, TX.
- Coordinate RFQ's, RFPs, SOQs, and prequalification's submittals from kickoff through final submission.
- Develop, edit, and format proposal content, resumes, and project descriptions using Adobe InDesign and established templates.
- Manage proposal schedules, compliance requirements, assignments, and deadlines.
- Maintain proposal content libraries, templates, and project information.
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brad consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supporting AEC proposals and RFQ/RFP processes preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office;
Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus. - Strong writing, editing, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
