As an Operational Strategy & Innovation Trainee with Ohioans Home Healthcare, you will play a key role in supporting high-impact initiatives that drive efficiency, compliance, and organizational growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in healthcare operations, working directly with leadership on projects that shape how we deliver care across our organization.

You will support core functions within the Operational Strategy & Innovation team, including policy and procedure management, compliance readiness, and coordination of key leadership and quality meetings. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You will thrive in this role if you’re proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

What You’ll Do
  • Support updates and maintenance of policy and procedure manuals
  • Assist with compliance initiatives and preparation for CHAP site visits across all locations
  • Participate in site visits and operational reviews with leadership
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for key meetings, including:
    • Quarterly Leadership Meetings
    • QAPI (Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement) meetings
  • Own scheduling, agenda coordination, and meeting structure (not content development)
  • Retrieve, organize, and analyze data to support operational priorities and projects
  • Assist with special projects aligned with strategic and operational goals
  • Grow into independent ownership of key operational and compliance functions over time

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and administrative processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role
