Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00–9:00 PM, as needed; also short‑term training opportunities

Reports to: Supervisor of Workforce Development

Work Year: August–May

Salary: $38 per hour

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous or current teaching certificate not required
• Adult Education licensure process to be completed upon hire
• Minimum 5 years documented related industry experience
• Effective communication in an adult education environment
• Dependable and flexible to work schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop
• Clear criminal record evidence

• Other positions as needed

• Provide skill‑building instruction and practice within the trade area
• Teach safe work environment practices and support credentialing
• Work evenings during academic year or short‑term training as needed
• Maintain accurate records per law, district policy, and regulations
• Assist in upholding school rules and Board policies
• Remain free of non‑prescribed controlled substances or alcohol abuse
• Perform other duties assigned by Board, Superintendent, Supervisor, or designee(s)
