OSP Drafting Supervisor

Sigma Technologies, Ltd. seeks an OSP Drafting Supervisor to lead a team producing high-quality outside plant telecom drawings and documentation. You will oversee drafting standards, QA/QC, and schedules for fiber and utility infrastructure projects, coordinating closely with engineers, field staff, and clients. Responsibilities include assigning work, mentoring drafters, refining CAD/GIS workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and client specifications. Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor OSP drafting staff supporting telecom and utility projects
• Develop, maintain, and enforce CAD/GIS drafting standards and QA/QC procedures
• Plan, assign, and track drafting workloads to meet project schedules and budgets
• Produce and review OSP construction and as-built drawings for fiber and utility networks
• Coordinate with engineers, field staff, and clients to clarify design requirements
• Integrate field data, redlines, and GIS information into accurate plan sets
• Support automation and process improvements in drafting workflows
• Ensure deliverables comply with safety, regulatory, and client specifications
• Provide progress reporting to project managers and assist with forecasting
• Support staff training and onboarding in tools, standards, and best practices
