Position Overview

Site Manager for Flying Ace Express Car Wash. The Site Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a customer service culture, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer service issues, maintaining sales goals, educating customers about the unlimited wash club membership, and ensuring the appearance and performance of the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a customer service culture.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer service issues.
  • Maintain sales goals and educate customers on the benefits of the unlimited wash club memberships.
  • Motivate employees and carry out site goals related to sales, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
  • Ensure all aspects of the wash—including equipment, facilities, and staffing—are maintained at the highest level of quality.
  • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of wash equipment and the entire wash process.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
  • Manage site scheduling and labor budgets effectively.
  • Conduct regular team performance reviews to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management and place orders efficiently to support site needs.
  • Directly oversee and manage all employees at the site, ensuring accountability, engagement, and performance excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer‑facing or operational role.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience with proven de‑escalation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and close the site one night per week.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.
  • Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
