Salon Leader

Role Description

The Salon Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Perrysburg, OH, responsible for overseeing daily salon operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role includes managing and coaching salon team members, overseeing appointment scheduling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The Salon Leader monitors retail and service performance, supports promotional activities, and helps ensure that guests receive consistent, high-quality services.

Day-to-day tasks also involve handling guest concerns, coordinating with regional and corporate partners, and contributing to staffing, training, and performance feedback. The role requires a hands-on presence in the salon, leading by example and fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

• Experience in salon, retail, or service industry leadership with the ability to coach, motivate, and support a diverse team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with guests and address concerns professionally.
• Basic business and operational skills, such as scheduling, inventory awareness, and understanding of sales or performance metrics.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to oversee multiple tasks and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on salon needs.
• Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cosmetology license or prior salon experience is highly preferred; management or supervisory experience is an advantage.
