First Solar, Inc. seeks an HR Generalist I to partner with HR and Operations to provide mobility, immigration and site-specific HR support across US corporate and Global Manufacturing sites. You will be the primary contact for associates on immigration matters and support employment relations, onboarding and policy implementation.
Qualifications include 1–2 years in HR, a bachelor’s degree in HR or business, and knowledge of HRIS/ADP/Kronos. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
