Job Description
Service Manager for Cintas’ customer‑facing Service team responsible for hiring, performance management, team leadership, safe work environment, resolving customer issues, training on sales techniques, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals, managing budget, and addressing operational issues.
Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying service representatives, visiting customers alone when necessary, assisting with pick‑up and delivery of products/services, driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations, lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts, and performing managerial duties.
Required Qualifications- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma/GED;
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Management experience
- Experience in industrial sales or customer service
- Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
