Are you an experienced Business Office professional with a strong background in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Business Office Manager to join our team and oversee the daily financial and administrative operations of our facility.

- Obtain and manage Managed Care and Medicaid authorizations, including bed hold authorizations.
- Assist residents and families with Medicaid applications and eligibility processes.
- Track and manage Medicaid redeterminations.
- Maintain facility census and report resident status changes.
- Manage resident RFMS, including reconciliation and monthly statement distribution.
- Participate in billing, payment posting, collections, and preparation of bank deposits.
- Conduct collection activities and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate Business Office staff, including implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Schedule and assign work duties while ensuring operational goals and deadlines are met.
- Attend stand-up meetings and leadership meetings as requested by the Administrator.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of Business Office experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) environment preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Medicaid, managed care authorizations, billing, collections, and reimbursement processes.
- Experience managing resident trust accounts and census reporting.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare billing software.
