** Your Job
** This Packaging Specialist position is responsible for the labeling, pouring, and packaging engineered resins manufactured for photochemistry applications.  A detailed breakdown of the different responsibilities associated with this position is defined below. 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) is available for this position.
** Key Tasks and Responsibilities
*** Ensure compliance with all Spectra health and safety and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
* Responsible for applying product and compliance labels onto cartridges
* Responsible for pouring engineered resins from mixing tanks into cartridges
* Responsible for bagging and boxing engineered resins into individual bags and cartons
* Responsible for taping cartons, inserting into master box, and palletizing
* Responsible to follow and maintain all the documentation associated with quality control
* Suggest procedural and process improvements to meet or exceed the plant’s productivity and quality goals.
* Provide firsthand support to Fulfillment on any manufacturing process issues
* Maintain effective communication channels (oral and written) to all levels at plant
