• Lead and Inspire:
  Supervise and support your team—plan, organize, and monitor workflow to ensure efficient, productive, and on-time production of quality products.

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience as a supervisor or team lead in manufacturing
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities
• Proven record in delivering results and managing conflict
• Strong employee relations skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Outstanding written, oral, and presentation communication
• Focus on internal and external customer service
• Demonstrates integrity, honesty, practicality, consistency, clarity, and a constructive approach
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs. as needed.
