Overview

General Laborer – Perrysburg, OH (Contract to Hire). This position requires operating molding machines and in-line equipment in a non‑climate controlled environment.

• Operate molding machines and in‑line equipment.
• Perform cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, and box‑making tasks.
• Move boxes and maintain accurate production counts.
• Adjust to the pace set by the machine and keep up with production output.
• Rotate between different machines.
• Sit or stand during 12‑hour shifts.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Preferably 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.

• Ability to sit or stand for 12 hours.

The work area is non‑climate controlled and focuses on manufacturing air freshening products, with urinal cakes as the largest product. Three 12‑hour shifts are structured; employees must wear closed‑toed shoes and be prepared for the physical demands of the role.

The pay range is $17.00 – $18.40 per hour. Eligible benefits for this position include:
