Monday - Friday | 6 PM start time

• Lead and support an assigned team to meet daily production, quality, and performance goals
• Monitor workflow and work progress throughout the shift to ensure deadlines and finish times are met
• Direct, train, and assist team members with daily tasks and operational procedures
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity within the work group
• Use company operating systems and automation tools to track work, enter data, and manage production activities
• Communicate daily priorities, expectations, and updates to team members and management
• Identify workflow issues and help implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance
• Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
• Assist with staffing needs, task assignments, and workload balancing throughout the shift
• Troubleshoot basic operational or system-related issues and elevate concerns when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and team performance
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive team environment
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations and customer requirements
