Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. The role involves hiring, training, and directing entry-level production staff on a fast-paced shift, meeting daily productivity and quality targets, maintaining inventory and safety, ensuring OSHA compliance, and fostering a culture of safety.

• Hire, train and supervise production team members.
• Monitor daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and safety in the plant.
• Train partners on company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety at the location.
• Account for daily production flow and bottom‑line results.

• Required
  • High School Diploma or GED;
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred
  • Ability to handle physical requirements, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.
  • Ability to set and prioritize goals.
  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.
