Rigger, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Quanex is looking for a Flat Rigger to join our team located in Perrysburg, OH.

• Collaborate with team members to cut and assemble window screen frames to changing specifications, using a computer‑driven measuring device.
• Monitor products constantly to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines, notifying others of existing or potential safety issues.
• Assist in other work areas when workload permits or requires.
• Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co‑workers.
• Thoroughly complete all documentation, such as production reports.
• Assemble various components based on customer specifications and quality standards.
• Thoroughly inspect products for defects or errors.
• Verify size, color, and configuration of production utilizing labeling systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Capability to stand for extended periods of time.

Hours of Operation: 4 Day work weeks (10‑hour shifts)

The hourly wage for this position is $17.00/hr.
