Position Overview: As a Molding Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, and maintaining accurate counts.
Schedule Options: Work 3 Days, Enjoy 4 Days Off (12-hour shifts)

Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Punctuality in reporting for work to ensure smooth production startup
- Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs, and stand for up to 12 hours daily
