Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring entry-level MIG Welders for a well-known and respected manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. This is a great opportunity to grow your welding career with a company that values skill development, safety, and long-term success.

As a MIG Welder, you’ll play a key role in the production of custom automotive racks used by top OEMs. You’ll work with a dedicated team in a clean and organized facility, using MIG welding techniques to produce high-quality components. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity with room for growth. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays.
• 3rd Shift: 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays.

• Perform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble automotive racks
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Work collaboratively with other welders, fabricators, and supervisors
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or completion of welding training program
• Must be able to pass a welding skills test
• Own welding helmet with speed lens required
• Must wear steel-toe boots
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for full 10-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
