Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring entry-level MIG Welders for a well‑known and respected manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. This is a great opportunity to grow your welding career with a company that values skill development, safety, and long‑term success.

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays.
• 3rd Shift: 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays.

• Perform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble automotive racks.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Work collaboratively with other welders, fabricators, and supervisors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or completion of a welding training program.
• Must be able to pass a welding skills test.
• Own welding helmet with speed lens required.
• Must wear steel‑toe boots.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for a full 10‑hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
