Molding Operator

Brief Description

Fresh Products is seeking dependable individuals who are ready for a consistent 6-day work week with guaranteed overtime. This Molding Operator position offers a 66-hour schedule, Monday through Saturday, for candidates who want steady hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to be part of a stable manufacturing team.

As a Molding Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. This role requires flexibility and the ability to run any machine and any product as production needs change. Responsibilities include cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, maintaining accurate counts, and helping keep production moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Night Shift – 72 Hours per Week
• Sunday-Friday 6PM-6AM
• Starting hourly rate will be $20.35.
• After completing Operator A training, your hourly rate will increase to $21.35.

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to keep up with faster production rates while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to serve as a backup material handler when needed to support production flow and team coverage
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to support daily production goals and team coverage
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack, shrink wrapper, machine loaders, and gaylord sweepers
• Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to stand for up to 12 hours daily, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 60 lbs.
