Advanced Practice Provider- Urgent Care

Job Summary

Pro Medica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider at Urgent Care in Perrysburg. The position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, with a 12‑hour shift schedule (8a.m.–8p.m.) and every third weekend holiday rotation. No call is required. The primary site is Perrysburg, with floating to other locations as needed.

• Team includes one Medical Director and seven APPs
• Patient volume: 30–45 patients/day
• Experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department highly preferred

Provide urgent/emergency care to patients, applying the latest medical knowledge and collaborating closely with patients, families, and the healthcare team to deliver personalized, effective care throughout all stages of life.

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) for Nurse Practitioner applicants
• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Ohio
• Certificate of Authority to practice
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to the role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS)
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development
