What You’ll Do

• Deliver professional, compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living residents
• Safely administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Monitor resident health, document changes, and communicate promptly with physicians and families
• Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
• Provide guidance and mentorship to care staff to ensure consistent quality of care
• Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive home-like environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in Assisted Living, long-term care, or senior care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused personality
• Leadership ability with a resident-first approach
