Your Impact:

The Quality Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining manufacturing processes and materials to ensure that Formlabs Ohio products are in conformance with quality requirements.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including production and manufacturing to assure that the expected quality requirements are being met.
  • Performs in-process inspections of regulated and non-regulated manufacturing processes.
  • Performs inspection on incoming materials and components
  • Prepares, distributes, and approves labels for use in regulated product manufacturing.
  • Review quality records and processes to ensure quality requirements are being met.
  • Supports the development of new Department Operating Procedures and quality forms and records.
  • Performs and supports qualification, maintenance, and calibration of equipment as needed.
  • Uses quality tools, instrumentation, and standards to verify product specifications
  • Performs and supports quality-related failure investigations
  • Generates non-conforming reports and CAPA reports.
  • Uses quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervision.
About You:
  • 3-4 years experience working in manufacturing quality operations.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment a plus (food and beverage, medical, automotive)
  • Experience in quality control system, failure investigation, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems
Bonus

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment
