Promote customer service by greeting and assisting customers; respond to inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.;
Perform cash handling and register transactions, price changes, merchandise handling, and open and closing duties; review time sheets and payroll documentation for accuracy.;
Monitor associate sales activities and productivity; motivate and train associates to achieve goals.;
Maintain knowledge of current promotions; present and display merchandise in accordance with promotions and standards; participate in visual directives and store sets.;
Assist in development of store associates; interpret KPI reports and provide coaching and feedback to Store Manager for performance evaluations.
