Automotive Sales Consultant

We are looking for a full‑time, dependable, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our Pre‑Owned Vehicle Sales team. The mission of the Sales Consultant is to maximize vehicle sales and profit while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrates favorable public and employee contacts

• Uses closing techniques effectively and seeks management support when needed
• Follows all dealership processes to ensure excellent customer ratings
• Leverages social media platforms to build personal brand awareness
• Creates engaging content such as short videos, walk‑arounds, or product highlights
• Interacts with online leads and responds professionally to digital inquiries
• Uses social channels to expand reach, generate interest, and attract new customers

• Candidates must be able to pass pre‑employment background checks and drug screenings.
• Professional appearance and customer‑oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; well‑organized and self‑motivated
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or comparable preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms and comfort appearing on camera is a plus
