Automotive Sales Consultant-PreOwned Sales Dept

The Cronin Auto Family is seeking a motivated, customer focused Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Pre-Owned Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys working with people and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Generate sales through prospecting, referrals, and follow up
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on market trends
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and opportunities
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team succes

• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motiviated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and pre-employment drug screening
