Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves driving a truck on an established route, servicing and selling to an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe conduct.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualified candidates must satisfy DOT requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must:

• Have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

We offer a solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route, a majority of work on a 4‑day week without nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.
