Champion is seeking experienced in-home sales professionals to join our team. This role involves conducting in-home sales presentations, identifying customer needs, and guiding prospects through the sales process.

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Manage daily sales activities, including coaching sessions and team meetings.
• Provide customized sunroom solutions and financing options to customers.
• Maintain accurate information in CRM systems and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet customer availability, including some evenings and weekends.
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed and demonstrate product features and installation processes.

• Proven success in consultative or in-home sales, preferably with high-ticket products or services.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and overcome objections.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability.
• Ability to conduct in-home consultations and provide customized solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up activities.
• Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math/computer applications.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to measure and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Home improvement, windows/doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales.
• HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, or other high-value retail sales.
• Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments.
• Experience selling products with financing options and one-call close presentations.

This role includes a comprehensive training program. Training begins virtually on August 10th, followed by one week of hands-on training in Indianapolis beginning August 17th with Sunrooms experts. After returning, you will complete an additional two weeks of hands-on training in your home market to transition into the role independently.
