Surveillance Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and detect threats at our Perrysburg, Ohio location. The role requires strong observation, reporting, and incident response skills.

• Shift 1:
  Friday‑Monday, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Shift 2:
  Saturday‑Tuesday, 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.
• Shift 3:
  Friday‑Monday, 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.
• Shift 4:
  Wednesday‑Sunday, 2 p.m. – [end time unspecified]
• Shift 5:
  Sunday‑Thursday, 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual detection and concentration
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Prior Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
