Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for an Industrial Electrician in Perrysburg, OH. As an Industrial Electrician for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work with a manufacturer of custom automation equipment, including glass processing, food processing, and packaging machinery. This role is responsible for wiring electrical systems, installing and terminating control panels, troubleshooting electrical components, and supporting machine startup both in-house and at customer facilities.

This position requires candidates to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation of $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

• Wire electrical systems and terminate control panels according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Inspect, install, repair, and maintain electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakers
• Use testing equipment to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues
• Install, test, and configure machine control systems and related electrical components
• Upgrade older control systems to meet current machine specifications
• Assist with machine startup, testing, and calibration at company and customer facilities
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain records of materials used
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Adhere to company safety standards and applicable electrical regulations
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of industrial electrician experience
• Technical degree preferred
• Ability to read and apply electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with industrial machine wiring and control panels
• Understanding of machine control hardware; pneumatic knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to travel approximately 20% to 30%, primarily within the United States, with occasional international travel
