Renewed Outdoors LLC seeks an Equipment & Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to keep our construction-related tools, machinery, and vehicles running safely and reliably. In this hands-on role, you'll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair small engines, sprayers, power washers, trailers, and fleet vehicles that support our exterior wood restoration projects. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, recordkeeping, and on-site support for field crews. Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, small engine or automotive repair experience, strong safety focus, and enjoy working in a collaborative, outdoors-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair small engines, power washers, sprayers, trailers, and fleet vehicles used for exterior wood restoration projects
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, lubrication, and adjustments on equipment to reduce downtime and extend service life
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized maintenance records, parts inventory, and service schedules for all company equipment and vehicles
- Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles meet safety and operational standards and report any hazards or needed upgrades
- Support field crews with equipment setup, operation guidance, and on-site repairs to keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate with vendors for parts, warranties, and specialized repairs when needed
- Assist with occasional general labor or site support on deck, fence, and exterior wood projects as required
