Responsibilities- Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
- Financial oversight of program.
- Four‑year degree in social services or a related field.
- May substitute degree with high‑school diploma and 4 years of I/DD or Multi System Youth experience.
- Valid DL that meets company Authorized Driver Criteria.
- Paid training.
