Movers​/General Labor

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is looking for dedicated team members to pack, move, transport and assemble customers' items. During moves you’ll work face-to-face with customers to ensure their specific needs are met. Every day is different and every move brings new challenges, but our goal is simple: we are here to help our customers.

• Movers start at $15 / hour
• Earn tips from customers (average of $150+ a week)
• Earn up to $2.50 in raises in the first year

  Monday - Saturday with Sunday off

• Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
• Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
• Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck
• Complete paperwork and payment collection
• Safely perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks

• We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful
• MUST BE WILLING TO SUBMIT TO A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING
• High school diploma or GED Preferred
• 18 years or older for movers
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Good hand-eye coordination
