Job Description- Responds to communication received from stores via email and telephone
- Daily communication with stores regarding unscheduled and late orders
- Responsible for the scheduling of Grocery division purchase orders
- Fields inbound delivery calls and emails. Analyzes inbound deliveries for scheduling and accuracy of delivery
- Coordinates the unloading of inbound deliveries
- Monitors daily store polls
- Responsible for creating ad on, as required
- Creates and runs inventory reports
- Processes invoicing paperwork
- Reviews and prioritizes inbound purchase orders
- Performs cycle counts
- Responsible for checking expiration dates on product in the warehouse
- Performs date maintenance on commitment books
- Runs and reviews the Grocery Logistics Sub-Report, allowing for the consistent flow of product through proper item maintenance
- Creates and submits invoices for miscellaneous Grocery billings
- Creates hand bills to eliminate discontinued items from the warehouse
- Communication with Members and store associates to coordinate emergency orders, as needed
- Addresses routing issues with store deliveries

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perth Amboy, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
