• Ensure efficient customer service by managing the support queue and resolving issues quickly
• Handle rollover calls with a professional, customer-first approach
• Make operational improvements and keep everything running like clockwork
• Manage credit inquiries and help customers through financial processes with ease

• You have2+ years of property management, sales and/or retail experience, with a strong focus on customer service
• You love helping others andhave a positive, can-do attitude
• You know how toresolve conflict sand turn challenging situations into positive experiences
• You thrive indynamic, fast-paced environments
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills
• You’re flexible, ready to work weekends and travel to nearby locations when needed
• You’re bilingual in Spanish(a plus, but not required!)
