You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

This internship provides hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruiting operations within a high‑volume logistics environment, supporting hiring across multiple New Jersey and South region sites.

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
