The Real Real is the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods. Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are located in New Jersey and Arizona, where we combine luxury expertise with proprietary technology. As items funnel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing on our website. As a Fashion Product Receiver, you will inspect the condition of all products to ensure they meet acceptance standards, ranging from designer clothing and handbags to fine jewelry and watches.

• Receive and inspect consigned luxury products for condition and acceptance standards (Quality Control).
• Input product specifications into the company inventory system (Data Entry).
• Support quota goals while upholding The Real Real brand standards.

• 6+ months of experience in administrative-type roles with heavy data entry.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
• Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Adaptability and openness to change.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, etc.).
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Ability to read and write in English.

• 6+ months of experience in a warehouse production environment.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite.

• Hourly base pay + incentive pay based on performance/quota targets. Applicable to employees who work a minimum of 40 hours per month.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $16.50-$17.50. Starting pay is determined by location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Salary is one component of TRR’s total rewards package, and eligible employees may receive bonuses and benefits.
