Salary: $39,520 - $41,600 per year plus Sign on Bonus - $2,000

• Basic knowledge in all areas of facilities maintenance and repair work and will be comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
• Direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager, with input from the property manager to assist in keeping our 40+ locations in tip top shape.
• Provision of a safe and clean living environment for all residents
• The job includes cleaning common interior and exterior areas including any common hallways and bathrooms
• Preparation of apartments and rooms for new residents by cleaning the space and appliances
• Ensuring safety and security, responding to facilities related emergencies and performing basic maintenance and repairs such as the changing of light bulbs
• Repairs of locks, windows/screens, caulking, and replacing batteries in Smoke/CO detectors
• 40hr work week with a 1 on-call week per month

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
