Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, machinery, utilities, and facility systems.

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians, prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and work closely with Operations and other departments to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

• Supervise, schedule, and support maintenance technicians and daily maintenance activities.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, parts inventory, and equipment records.
• Coordinate outside contractors and specialized service providers when required.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective and long-term reliability improvements.
• Partner with Production and Engineering teams on equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance environment.
• Train, coach, and develop maintenance team members.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and equipment reliability practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hands-on industrial environment and respond to equipment emergencies when needed.
