Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Opportunities available for CoHort 26.3 (September 8th, 2026 – November 19, 2026) for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This opportunity is available exclusively to individuals enrolled in the “Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Program” offered to active military participants through a military branch.

During the 12-week HOH fellowship, you will gain hands‑on experience of day‑to‑day operations within our Supply Chain Division. You will manage all activities associated with efficient operation of accounts, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety.

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations, and operate the account to meet demands.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability, and provide financial data and weekly operations reports to senior management.
• Hold safety & security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Transitioning service member fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service at the time of the 12‑week program.
• Currently participating in the DoD Skillbridge program through the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship.
• Three (3) years or more relevant experience in military or other supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry related field preferred.
• Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports preferred.

Minimum Pay Range: $65,000.00

Maximum Pay Range: $80,000.00
