Description Supervise and manage the 2nd shift production team to meet daily goals and deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met. Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to maintain inventory levels and reduce waste. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and skill development.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Prepare and maintain accurate production records and reports. Resolve any production-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
