Salary: $45,000 per year plus Sign on Bonus $2,500

• Provides intensive in-home counseling to CP&P referred families in Middlesex County with 24/7 coverage required
• Case management/documentation and collaboration with CP&P and other providers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field with 1 ½ years’ experience with families
• Master’s Degree, preferred
• Requires a flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends
• Bilingual, preferred
• Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history
