$40,000 per year plus Sign on Bonus - $3,000

• Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
• Provides community-based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness

• Must have AA/AS in psych rehab or BA/BS/BSW in a behavioral health related field
• Minimum of 2 years working with mentally ill population OR a Master's degree and one year post‑bachelor’s experience with the mentally ill population
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
