• The Registered Nurse functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide effective direct patient care as part of the interdisciplinary team for a variety of complex patients.
• Direct and oversee the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• AHA BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire (applies to team members hired on or after November 2019).
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.

Minimum rate of $45.73 hourly. The posted rate of pay is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay at the time of posting and does not reflect the full value of the total rewards package.

The base compensation at the time of offer may differ from the posted rate based on non-discriminatory factors including labor market data, experience, education and certifications, skills, geographic location, internal equity, and budget or grant funding. Some positions may be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or shift differentials for evening, night, or weekend work.
