As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care to our residents. Your weekend shifts will be a critical period for our team, ensuring seamless continuity of care and attention to our residents’ unique needs.

• Providing direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
