Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Job Summary:

At Spring Creek Healthcare Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of caring professionals. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall well‑being of our residents.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and completing treatments as ordered.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, including progress notes and care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a smooth delivery of care.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to develop and implement effective care strategies.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families in a caring and compassionate manner.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
