Experienced RNs are invited to join the Solutions By Sanford team!

• At least one year of RN experience.
• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

• Weekly pay with stipend included in the weekly rate.
• Eligibility for Sanford Benefits.
• 14‑week contracts with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site.

The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care, demonstrating competency within full scope of nursing expertise and applying appropriate age and population‑specific standards. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and additional nursing interventions, all performed within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and state Administrative Rules.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program—such as AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA—required;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure under the Nurse Licensure Compact. Must obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
