The Course Coordinator is responsible for ensuring and maintaining assigned courses while teaching, directing, and evaluating nursing students in various educational settings. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about nursing education and have strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Develop, revise, and evaluate educational curriculum, courses, and programs.
• Use a variety of creative teaching strategies and delivery methods.
• Implement activities that promote critical thinking and technical skills competencies.
• Schedule mid-term, end of course, and interim meetings with students to evaluate progress.
• Keep students informed of progress and return graded material in a timely manner.
• Act as a role model for students, instructors, and nursing staff.
• Utilize current literature and evidence-based practice to develop content and materials.
• Prepare course and clinical schedules annually and revise as needed.
• Conduct course planning and wrap-up meetings each semester.
• Analyze and summarize course-end evaluations and provide results to the Director of Nursing.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Masters Degree in Nursing

• Five years of clinical nursing experience

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
