Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full Time Evenings

• Location: Perth Amboy, NJ
• Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health
• Schedule: Full-time, Evening shift

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status.
• Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease.
• Develop and coordinate a patient/family-focused plan of care.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
• Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning technologies.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes.
• Adhere to established protocols and document care accurately.

• Education: Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required
• Education: BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire
• Experience: Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program
