Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Food service Manager 2 to lead daily retail food service operations for 2 hospitals
, HMH Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center located in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, New Jersey
.

Old Bridge Medical Center operates 113 beds and Raritan Bay operates at 365 beds. They are both community hospitals and part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network.

The Retail Manager 2 will oversee front and back-of-house retail operations in two locations and manage a team of frontline staff members. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales.

• have oversight of day-to-day retail operations
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
• ensure Sodexo standards are met

Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
