We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer / Installer to support our home remodeling projects. This hands‑on role is essential to delivering high‑quality results for our customers by assisting with installations, repairs, and general construction tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being part of a team, and growing within the home improvement industry.

• Assist with bathroom and basement remodeling projects
• Perform general labor tasks, including demolition, material handling, and site prep
• Install or assist with bathroom remodels, LVT flooring, minor drywall work, fixtures, and basic plumbing elements
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards at all times
• Work closely with project managers and team members to complete jobs efficiently

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

• Experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
